By downloading, installing, or using the Roasify app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Roasify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Each person may only have one personal account.
You retain ownership of content you post on Roasify. By posting content, you grant Roasify a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene. Content involving nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, spam, or misinformation is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Roasify offers various premium subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Digital subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing premium features, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@roasify.online and we will review your case individually.
Roasify's virtual currency Diamonds (1 Diamond = ₹2) are used for in-app transactions. Diamonds are non-refundable and have no cash value outside the platform. Unused diamonds are forfeited upon account termination.
Business accounts are subject to additional verification. Roasify reserves the right to revoke business status if misleading information is found. Businesses are responsible for all transactions conducted through their account.
Roasify displays advertisements to non-premium users. By using the free version of Roasify, you consent to viewing ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ad content and Roasify does not endorse any advertised products or services.
The Roasify name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Roasify. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. The app and website content, features, and functionality are owned by Roasify and protected by copyright law.
Roasify is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
